Another Weightless Month!

Me, My Mum and my Aunt get together once a week to weigh ourselves, we put £15 a month in a pot and then have a short break once a year.

However, I have not been doing so great in the weight loss department due to eating as much gluten as possible ready for my blood test.

As mentioned in food is my enemy if you wanna have a read why I struggle so much.

Food is my enemy

Eating bread and stodgy foods has sent me on a self destruct journey but today I looked in the mirror and thought enough is enough. So I have put together a 5 day meal plan now my blood test is done there is no excuses to get me started.

  • Monday

Breakfast

Overnight Oats

Lunch

Tuna crunch, with peppers, onion and beetroot. I love this with a salad or with some ryvitas.

Dinner

Gammon in the slow cooker. This is great to shove in before you leave for work. I serve with cabbage and carrots and swede. If you want some carbs, you could serve with boiled potatoes.

 

  • Tuesday

Breakfast

Mixed fruit bowl with yogurt. I  use melon, tangerines, grapes and strawberries.

Lunch

Carrot and coriander Soup!

With ryvitas or a bagel

Dinner

Fresh salmon, frozen or fresh vegetables of your choice and new potatoes.

 

  • Wednesday

Breakfast

Over night oats again

Lunch

Carrot and coriander soup with ryvitas or bagel

Dinner

Joe Wicks chicken and chorizo

  • Thursday

Breakfast

Fruit bowl and yogurt

Lunch

Last of the carrot and coriander soup with ryvitas and bagel

Dinner

 

Slimming World Chilli

  • Friday

Breakfast

2 x boiled eggs (Make the night before) and 2x toast

Lunch

Jacket potato (Make the night before)

Filling of your choice- Left over chilli, beans and a little cheese, Coleslaw, tuna crunch.

Dinner

Fish, chips and peas
