I love overnight oats and it is a great grab and go breakfast whilst I am working. I simply grab it and eat it when I get to work.
This was a fav of mine at slimming world.
Oats- Aprox 40g or what you would normally have for a portion
Yogurt- I prefer greek yogurt I either used ready flavoured such as vanilla or blueberry or plain and add sweeter and vanilla essence
Frozen mixed fruit- strawberries and berries work great
Layer the oats fruit and yogurt. I pour a small amounts of oats, then add a spoonful of the fruit then the court and repeat the process. Pop it in the fridge over night and then enjoy creamy pats the following morning.
